The banh xeo here was crispy and came with a huge variety of herbs. The pork was juicy with a nice bit of fat, and the spring rolls were stuffed with mushrooms and whole shrimp (heads and all!). It’s affordable, close to the airport, and the staff working there went out of his way to help with Google Translate.
Just a heads-up: it’s not the cleanest, but that’s part of the real-deal street food experience.
3. Bánh Canh Cua, Hủ Tiếu Mực Sài Gòn
